The HCH series of the hydraulic lubrication pump is a double-acting piston pump that is operated by hydraulic pressure. It uses a single -wire parallel grease metering component to distribute grease at both the up and do wn strokes. It operates
with the c yclic timing control sys tem and is oft en used in single-wire centralized lubrication systems. When lubricant should be deliv ered to lubrication points, the
solenoid valve located at the fr ont of the hy draulic motor is energized, and the pump begins to work. When the grease injector
completes the filling oper ation and the pr essure of the system reaches the set value, the pressure switch transmits the signal to the control unit, then the control unit cuts off the power supply of the solenoid valve, and the whole system relieves pressure and enters the next lubrication cycle.
