The AOGP series of the pneuma tic pump is a double -acting piston
pump that is operated by gas. It uses a single -wire parallel grease
metering component to distribute grease at both the up and do wn
strokes. It operates with a control unit and is often used in single-wire
centralized lubrication systems.
When lubric ant should be deliv ered t o lubric ation point s, the
solenoid v alve loc ated a t the fr ont of the pneum atic pump is
energized, and the pump be gins to work. When the grease injector
completes the filling oper ation and the pr essure of the sys tem
reaches the set value, the pressure switch transmits the signal to the
control unit, then the control unit cuts off the power supply of the
solenoid valve, and the whole sys tem relieves pressure and enters
the next lubrication cycle.
